How it works

Three steps, and it is off your list

No sales visit, no pressure, and no obligation to book after the quote.

  1. 01

    Tell us about your home

Send a few details through the form or call us. We come back with a fixed quote, usually the same day.

  2. 02

    Pick a date that suits

Choose your first visit and your schedule. We confirm in writing and arrive with everything we need.

  3. 03

    Walk through and pay

Inspect the work while we are still there. Payment is taken after the clean, never before.

No guesswork

Every task, published in advance

Most companies keep their checklist vague so the definition of “clean” can move. Ours is public, room by room, with each task marked for the service it belongs to.

  • Interior windows
  • Inside the refrigerator
  • Inside the oven
  • Laundry & linens
  • Dishes
  • Cabinet interiors
  • Baseboards & walls
  • Disinfecting service

Reviews

What homeowners say

We are new, and we would rather say so than invent a number. These are sample reviews showing the format. Real Google reviews will replace them as they arrive.

“The team was punctual, unobtrusive and genuinely thorough. They found the corners I'd stopped noticing. The house hasn't looked like this since we moved in.”

Margaret H.Deep Cleaning · Guilford, CTSample review

“We've used three services over the years and this is the first one where the same faces come back every visit. They know the house now. It shows.”

David & Anne R.Recurring Home Cleaning · Hamden, CTSample review

“They cleaned the house the day before closing and the buyers' agent commented on it. Inside every cabinet, inside the oven, spotless.”

Where we clean

We serve New Haven County and the shoreline. Routes are kept tight so teams arrive on time and the same faces return to your home each visit.

Not on the list? Ask us anyway. We travel a little further for recurring clients.

Questions

Answered before you ask

How often should I have my home cleaned?

Most of our clients settle on every two weeks. Weekly suits larger households, homes with pets or young children, and properties that entertain often. Monthly works well for smaller households or second homes that see light use. We will tell you honestly what your home needs after the first visit rather than selling you a heavier schedule than it warrants.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes. Our teams arrive with everything needed, including vacuums, microfibre, and eco-conscious products safe for children, pets and finished surfaces. If you prefer we use a specific product on a particular surface (a sealed stone counter, an antique finish, an unlacquered brass fixture), leave it out with a note and we will use it.

The one thing we ask you to provide is trash can liners, since bin sizes vary so widely between homes.

What is the difference between a standard and a deep clean?

A standard clean maintains the home: surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms, floors and staging. A deep clean does all of that and adds the detail work that builds up over months: tile and grout scrubbed by hand, interior windows, baseboards and door frames detailed, cabinet interiors wiped, and reachable vents dusted.

Most homes start with a deep clean, then move to a recurring standard schedule. You can compare the two line by line on our cleaning checklist.

Will I have the same cleaners each visit?

Yes, wherever scheduling allows. Consistency is the whole point. A team that already knows your home, your preferences and the surfaces that need particular care does better work in less time. If someone is out, we send a team member who has cleaned your home before rather than a stranger.

Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?

Every member of our team is background-checked before their first shift, trained in-house on our checklist, and covered by our liability insurance and bonding. We do not use day-labour or subcontracted crews.

How is pricing determined?

We quote by the home rather than by the hour, so the figure you are given before we start is the figure you pay. Pricing reflects square footage, the number of bathrooms, the condition of the home at the first visit, and how often we return. Recurring visits are priced below one-off cleans.

We will not quote a fine home sight unseen. Send a few photos or book a short walkthrough and you will have a fixed number the same day.

What if I am not happy with the clean?

Tell us within 24 hours and we will send the team back to put it right at no charge. That is the whole guarantee: no forms, no argument. If we still have not met the standard on the return visit, we will refund the clean.
