A few honest notes

“Within reach” means accessible from a two-step stool. For safety and insurance reasons our teams do not use tall ladders.

Furniture is not moved. We clean around and under where we can reach without lifting. If you would like something moved, move it before we arrive and we will get behind it.

Trash liners must be provided. Bin sizes vary too much for us to carry every type. Everything else (products, cloths, vacuums) comes with us.

Anything can be added. Inside the oven, interior windows, laundry, dishes, cabinet interiors: tell us when you book so we can allow the time in the quote.
